TASTING NOTE

“It has a deep cherry-red colour. A sign of its unctuous and smooth
texture in the mouth, usually the result of ageing, is the glycerol drop
remaining on  the glass. It is pleasant and very complex on the nose with
notable toasted coffe, spicy and toffee aromas. Its mouth feel supple and
fat with a gentle balsamic finish. It has a long aftertaste and longevity in
bottle.”
